For each fleet, there is going to be admin expenses and that might vary depending on the size of the fleet and the different services being sold. Some may include exec management, training, financial modeling, sales development, human resources and talent recruitment,  brand development, marketing, and other services necessary to build a $10M fleet.

For each fleet, there is a financial structure that needs to be applied in order to fund operations, grow fleet, and avoid cashflow constraints. In our training, we take a deep dive into personal credit, business credit, equipment financing, leasing, AR, AP, bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, insurance, and legal structures necessary based on expansion goals.
